Excellent location, COURTEOUS staff, the room with ocean views. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like Jane's Corndogs, set within 5 minutes walk or so. Besides, we had free Wi Fi.

Balcony was a bonus. Close to a boat dock, it makes every part of Newport Beach easily accessible.
